Ask yourself these questions
- Is your creation unique?
- Have you seen this idea before?
- Is it easy to figure out what it might mean, if meaning is a goal?
- Is there more than one possible meaning to it?
- Is it easily ignorable?
- Will someone just pass by it without noticing it? Is that your goal?
- Can you consider pushing it further when you think you are done?
- Are you calling attention to something or are you changing the meaning by changing the context?
- Maybe you want to slightly change it to reawaken people’s attention to it?
- Consider how the work will be altered by its environment.
