HANDMADE TYPOGRAPHY MOVIE POSTER STEPS
Materials:
- Sketchbook or blank paper & Pencil w/ eraser
- Camera
- Assorted materials/objects for creating Handmade typography
- Adobe Photoshop, photopea.com or Adobe Illustrator
Steps:
*** READ ALL *** BEFORE YOU START *** SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN ***
*** FIRST LOOK AT PRESENTATION, EXAMPLES, VIDEOS, AND LINKS ***
- Pick a movie and submit title to the Google Classroom question (DUE APRIL 21)
- Sketch and develop ideas: Take Photo of your sketches and turn in to Google Classroom (DUE APRIL 27)

WEEK 7 - 9 (3 week project) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Arrange materials in the environment you’ve selected & take GOOD digital photos of it.
- Upload image to computer and edit it in Adobe Photoshop or Photopea.com
Add all of the rest of the text (sub-type) in new LAYERS in Photoshop or Photopea
or import it into Adobe Illustrator if you prefer.

- Students will reflect about where they got their idea from, what materials they used, what they like the most about their piece, and what they dislike. They will also give feedback to each other on Padlet.
