The beauty of having a website is that you have the power to change and tweak the content as much as you want. It can change with you as you continue through OPRFHS. Eventually after you graduate you will have a fully curated site that will graduate with you! This is about you and how you identify yourself with your own voice to create your narrative! And, for an extra bonus, if you end up taking Advanced Graphic Design, you will already be halfway done with the website project you get in there! You will have time during class and in between projects to build and play around with the content.
Your website should contain the following ***** Please READ all 5 steps before commencing:
1) Create a profile using weebly.com. Use your school email now, but keep in mind that if you want to access it after you graduate you can change the email later.
2) Select Theme - I suggest a portfolio style because you will have lots of photos.
once you go to publish it will ask you to....
3) Create a unique name for your website
* To select a FREE subdomain name make sure when you are picking your name of your site to click the subdomain options (screenshot below, right)
* Pick a name that is simple and to the point - (example= mrswhiteart.weebly.com)

4) Submit your FREE subdomain name to Ms. White - VIA google classroom.

1. About Me Page. (include your Canva Logo)
2. Contact info: This should be your name and email (not a phone number)
3. Art Foundations Portfolio. (use ☑️checklist below to include ALL projects)

- Don't forget to push "PUBLISH" (blue button on top right) you will loose what you do if you don't push it. It is like SAVE!
- The website should be visually interesting. You should include original graphics. Change ALL of the placeholder images.
- Take Photos of every project (high quality with clean background) (progress photos are great too!)
- Describe every project (who, what, why, media)
- Website should be cohesive and interesting to the viewer.
